Kensley LOVES painting so instead of using construction paper like usual I let her paint to her hearts' content on a 18x24 inch canvas. She literally wanted to stay and paint forever! Each time she dipped her brush into a color she would say the color name. When I asked what she was painting she responded with Kensley, mommy, dada, Ellie and Ace, while pointing to each of our locations on the canvas. She is a sweetheart and I love moments like this. The finished masterpiece is going up on our wall for sure.
