I have a lot to catch up on since my last blog post...my apologies.
Christmas was memorable this year with Kensley. She knew all about Santa and that he says, "ho, ho, ho!" Santa even stopped by Papa Chuck and Grandma Marie's house to deliver special packages. Kensley was a bit wary at first until he said, "I have presents for you!" She then walked right up with open arms. She was a pro at opening gifts; ripping, tearing and then tossing the paper to the side, briefly admiring each gift and then quickly moving on to the next one. On Christmas morning she collected a basket full of eggs with NeNe from the chicken coop and she rode the tractor around the property with Papa D. Thank you to our families for making our visits special this year.
It's hard to believe Christmas is long gone and we are well into the new year! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and Happy New Year to everyone!
